Valklampi Lake

Valklampi is a clean and scenic forest lake in the heart of the Nuuksio National Park only some 45 minutes from the city of Helsinki and from the Helsinki - Vantaa airport.

The Valklampi House is a real hideaway in solitude by its own natural pond. The house was build in 1957 and was best known as a base for former President Urho Kekkonen’s elk hunting trips.

The main hall of the house can facilitate events for up to 45 persons. The 4 bedrooms offer accommodation for 16. The house consists of the main hall, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is well equiped for groups.

The Valklampi House in Nuuksio can be rented for company and private use on per hour, day or week.

Right by the pond you can find a traditional Finnish wood heated sauna with a pier inviting you to take a dip in the Valklampi lake. By the lake you will also find an open campfire place.
